KACR-LP (96.1 FM) is a low-power community radio station licensed to Alameda, California, United States. The station is owned by Alameda Community Radio and is an affiliate of Pacifica Radio network.[2]
History
editKACR-LP was granted its license by the Federal Communications Commission on September 13, 2017. The station was assisted during its startup years by Janeen Antoine, who served as an advisor. Antoine hosts a Native American program on Pacifica's KPFA-FM in San Francisco.[3]
