Kateryna (Kate) Bannikova (born 1980) is a Ukrainian talent management expert, author, and professor based in Liverpool, United Kingdom. She is best known for her research on organisational culture, talent management, and forced migration, as well as her contributions to the field of modern art. Kateryna has published several influential articles and is currently working on a book exploring the impact of global mobility on organisational behaviour.
Bannikova is a professor of management practice at Kharkiv University of Humanities "People's Ukrainian Academy" and holds a PhD from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. She speaks seven languages and regularly conducts training sessions and provides consultancy to organisations around the world, drawing on her experience working with well-known companies in the travel, software engineering, and tech industries.
