editKenneth "Kenny" Sweezey (born November 24th, 1994) is a chemical devices salesman and recently elected Massachusetts politician who was elected to the Massachusetts House of Representatives on behalf of the Plymouth 6th District on November 5, 2024.
As representative-elect, Sweezey ran on a platform [1] focused on solving the Massachusetts migrant crisis, promoting the state's fiscal responsibility, supporting small businesses, ensuring access to clean water, and fighting for expanded beach access.
Sweezey's lineage also includes Providence Bruins' two-way defenseman Bill Sweezey and local businessman Ken Sweezey, sole proprietor of Sweezey Fence Erectors.
Education and Early Career
editSweezey grew up in Hanson. He later graduated from Boston College High School in 2013, and with a B.S. in forensic science from Loyola University Chicago.
