Joey Casey (born March 17, 2003[1]), best known by his stage name King Saca (formerly Saca) is a multi-talented independent singer, rapper, songwriter and record producer from Lawrence, Indiana.
Career
editKing Saca began singing cover songs on YouTube in 2011 and released his first music in 2014, which led to him releasing his first mixtape "Underdog" on July 14, 2017[2]. A few mixtapes later he released his first official independent studio album titled "Full Volume" on December 14, 2019[3]. He released his second album "U5" on June 27, 2020[4], and his third album "Midnight" with the popular singles "Teach Her" and "Make It Home" on April 30, 2021[5]. He recently released his fourth album "Melodic Fortune" containing the popular singles "The World Is Ending", "Up 2 You", and "Splash" on March 11, 2022,[6] and an EP during the summer titled "Summer '22" with popular single "Turks and Caicos"[7]. On September 15, 2023, he released his fifth official album "High Voltage" featuring popular singles "Never Back Down", Weather", and "Take U Down"[8]. He has over a million streams of his music online.
Personal life
editKing Saca has over 100 tattoos on his arms, hands, torso, neck, leg, and head. He got his first tattoo when he was 14. Some include the Interstate 465 symbol on his chest, music notes on his head, and cartoon/anime characters on his arms and legs. Some characters include Pikachu, Happy, and King Boo[9]. He has also written multiple songs involving tattoos[10].
King Saca is currently a huge athlete playing both basketball and soccer. He played both sports in high school, wearing numbers 12 and 14 for basketball, and 21 for soccer. He also ran track and field in middle school.
