Tshegofatso Kengi Shai or better known by his stage name "King TKay" is a rapper, songwriter and producer from Ga-Sekororo, Tzaneen. Born on 17 July 2006 he is quite a musician with a few instruments in his catalog. As young as he is he has the potential to achieve great feats in the music industry.
Early Life
editHe was born on 17 July 2006 at Dobsonville, Soweto and grew up in Mamelodi East, Pretoria. Not much can be said about his schooling but what is known is that he is still a student even today.

editAccording to King TKay he began making writing music during 2015 with his friend Static. "Me and my guy really love music man, like it was to the point where I asked him for a sheet of paper and a black pen so that we can write our first verses." he said recalling the event. According to King TKay he started making beats during 2021 after he received the FL Studio 20 file. He says that his influences in his music are quite few.
