edit

LIAT 2020 was formed as the successor to the bankrupt carrier LIAT (1974) with financing from the governments of Antigua and Barbuda and Dominica. In 2023, Air Peace acquired a majority stake in the airline.[3] LIAT 2020 began operation in 2024 with a fleet of seven aircraft consisting of ATR 42 turboprops acquired from LIAT (1974) and Embraer ERJ 145 jets acquired from Air Peace.[2][1][4]
