Lily Herne (born 13 February, 1981) is an American music artist who founded the dreamrock band Dreamlily. She plays a 12-string guitar and composes exclusively in a Celtic tuning.

Lily Herne began her career as a life model at the Lamar Dodd School of Art and choreographer at the University of Georgia. While designing Regency Dance formations for the 2013 University of Georgia theatre production of Pride and Prejudice, her dreamrock band recorded its first album Lady Jane. In 2016 her band toured California and returned to Athens, Georgia to release its sophomore album Lady Murasaki at Live Wire.[1]

When Athens, GA radio station Bulldog 93.3fm announced "Lily Herne plays music that is not in a category", her reaction was "neither are dreams". She pinned the genre "Dreamrock" in 2018 during Dreamlily's first European Tour. During her live performance of Blood Moon in Budapest at Szimpla Kert Lily Herne introduced dreamrock to an international audience.
