See the WP:GOLDENRULE and we ideally need three examples. Quotes/interviews do not count for this, a subject can't create this notability, someone independent needs to articulate the basis for notability. Luke Woollard is an Australian businessperson and the managing director of PILOT Body Corporate, a strata and owners corporation management company based on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia.
Early life and education
[edit]Woollard grew up on the Mornington Peninsula. He completed secondary schooling at Karingal Secondary College in Frankston and later studied graphic art at the Chisholm Institute, where he was awarded a Diploma of Graphic Art. He also holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate.[1]
Career
[edit]Woollard began working in real estate in 2006. In the late 2000s he was a director of Pacific Lifestyle Property, an agency marketing prestige apartments on the Gold Coast, where he handled sales for several high-rise developments including the Hilton managed residences.[2] He relocated to the Mornington Peninsula and in 2011 established Pilot Real Estate in Mornington, a residential and commercial sales agency that also managed owners corporations.[3]
The business later expanded its strata operations as PILOT Body Corporate, which manages owners corporations for apartment complexes, townhouses and commercial properties across the Mornington Peninsula and parts of south-eastern Melbourne.[1][3]
Industry recognition & Awards
[edit]Under Woollard's leadership, PILOT Body Corporate received the Small Business award at the Strata Community Association (SCA) Pillar Awards for Excellence in 2022.[4] The company was a finalist in the small business category at the SCA Australasia Awards in 2023,[5] the 2025 Australasia Strata Community Management Small Business Award was presented to PILOT in Hobart, Tasmania, winning over major nominees from New South Wales and Western Australia.[6]
Charitable work
[edit]In 2016 Woollard founded Agents of Mercy, a fundraising initiative that finances the construction of housing for low-income families in Manila, in the Philippines.[3]
