Lux Aura (dba Latent Lumen Limited reg 501.3c non-profit CA) is a record catalog and music collection curated and hosted by Zane Michael O'Brien. Accredited and associated acts on the roster are Sacred Star, Fauxmusica, Saint Effects, CyberChrist&Crucifixion, LIBERALIA, Folding Pyramid, Terra Incognita (all projects O'Brien has written and recorded original music for) as well as Young Egypt, Seven Daggers, Desolation Sound, Humanfobia, Sifaka Kong, Unorganized Borough Of Alaska, Young Vulgarians, Window Blinds, Central Asian Nervous Systems, nun., XM0RTAL, Perfsect, Sticky Monkey, Plastic Lorna, Lace Passione, Protovulcan, Liquid Skulls, and Dark Atrium. Lux Aura was organized in May of 2016 after O'Briens previous imprint ESCC9 was closed due to malicious cyberattacks. Many of the contributers on Lux Aura were previous contributors to ESCC9 which was founded in 2010 with the HEAVY ROTATION .torrent released through various BBS, IRC, and links posted to last.fm. The imprint has only released digital versions of their releases as of present no physical copies are available. Before archiving to Bandcamp, the imprint (then known as ESCC9) relied on mediafire, soundcloud, and dropbox to distribute their music on a peer to peer basis. In 2020 O'Brien published the catalog of 500+ original songs from the Bandcamp releases.
