Mr. M.V. Mallikarjun Reddy is the Chairman and Managing Director of Building Blocks Group(BBG).[1] Building Blocks Group (BBG) operates across various regions of the Indian subcontinent.[2]

The Bangarutalli Foundation has collaborated with the Telangana State Police Department to establish Bharosa Centers in Samshabad and Bongiri. These centers provide a haven for women and girls, offering legal, psychological, and emotional support. With counselling services and support systems, Bharosa centers were established to support women facing difficult circumstances and help them rebuild their lives.[4]
