The MPBL Coach of the Year award is an annual Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League award given to the head coach of the winning team of each season's national finals series. It was first awarded after the 2019 MPBL finals.

As of 2023, four coaches have won the award with no coach winning it more than once. Dennis Pineda, who coached the Pampanga Giant Lanterns during the 2023 MPBL finals, is the most recent recipient of the award.
