Ezebuiro Kingsley Chimaobim, professionally known as MAOBISLEYS and also ABILITY as a forma stage name is A Nigerian Singer, rapper, Songwriter,dancer, producer, artist and lecturer. Maobisleys was born on 27th April, 1994 in Arommiriukwu Auto. Comm. in Uturu in Abia State, Nigeria. With the talent and drive to succeed different African genres basically;Afrobeats, Afropop and Afrofusion. He has proven his relevance in promoting African genre by bringing into existence a yet to be verified Afro genre titled “AFROBASS”.
Growing up to promote African music amongst the vibrant and diverse music scenes on stage in the Eastern Region, Nigeria , he has been active in music since 2013 while still in High school i.e Holy High School Uturu when he release his first debut single titled “Can I be” and has worked with several producers, instrumentalists and vocalists on different yet to be released singles.
The Eastern Region, Nigeriawas an environment full of inspiration and stimulation for Maobisleys.
While focusing on his musical career, he grew up to study BUILDING in Abia State University of Nigeria and thus graduated with First Class (hons) and was automatically retained and employed into the same university to lecture. He is also a obtained his M.Sc in construction Mgt from University OF Lagos
On 6th May,2020, Maobisleys released his second debut single titled Oluwawith the stage name “ABILITY”. The stage Name “Ability” was officially changed to “Maobisleys” on June, 2023.
On 30th Sept.,2023, Maobisleys released his EP titled Ten years which signifies the time frame between his first single in 2013 and his next release in 2023. The EP “Ten years” was officially released under the record label “ABIRECS”.
On 17th May, 2024, Maobisleys released the first debut albums titled The Hits Of Maobisleys The Hits of Maobisleys features songs including: Who’s that Nigar , Oluwa , It’s Big , Money Some people Link Up Mami Alima
