Mark Topal-Gökceli is a German manager serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ÖBB (Austrian Federal Railways). He is also the leader of the European DAC Delivery Programme (EDDP), which is part of the European Union's initiatives to modernize rail freight transport by implementing the Digital Automatic Coupling (DAC) across Europe's rail networks.[1]
