Maurice Paul Bois (1917 – 2003) was a justice of the New Hampshire Supreme Court from 1976 to 1983.

Born in Manchester, New Hampshire.[1]

Graduated from St Anselm's College in 1939. He began his law studies by attending Fordham University School of Law at night while working as a full-time insurance adjuster in New York City. He received his law degree from Boston University after having served in the United States Army during World War II. He was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in November, 1946, and joined the law firm of his father, Thomas J. Bois, with whom he practiced until 1954. He served as United States Attorney for New Hampshire from 1954 to 1961, at which time he opened his own law office in partnership with W. J. La Flamme. He was appointed to the Superior Court in July, 1973, and to the Supreme Court in October, 1976. Bois married Yeteve Vezina of Manchester.[1]
