Mirsad Ndrecaj (born on June 17, 1979) Municipality of Gjakova
He was a member of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) during the Kosovo War. He also participated in the 2001 War in Macedonia as a member of the National Liberation Army.He was also a participant in the 2015 Kumanovo Conflict.
He is also known by the war nickname Commander Nato.
With the beginning of the actions of the KLA, he came and joined the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA). Here he was like a lion, because he had the experience, the tactics and above all he knew the tactics and ways of fighting against the Yugoslav forces, so he always countered you in the most efficient way and caused great damage both in military troops and in combat techniques of the enemy.
In 2001, he joined the ranks of the NATIONAL LIBERATION ARMY where he was one of its co-founders. While he served in 2001 as commander-in-chief of the Military Police, which operated in the Kumanovo region and beyond. He was distinguished and honored by fellow soldiers and citizens and all his countrymen for the unparalleled heroism he showed during successive battles against the Macedonian government forces.
