Mitch and Stu's Quest is an independent stoner comedy screenplay. The story follows two friends, Mitch and Stu, who embark on a wild journey to recover their lost stash. The screenplay was optioned by Skipstone Productions in 2008, with Jason Mewes cast as Stu and Paul Sutero as Mitch. Mewes also took on the role of executive producer. The role of Sammy was originally written for Mike Tsucalas. The film combines humor and adventure, capturing the essence of classic stoner comedies. The screenplay was optioned by Skipstone Productions. Jason Mewes, known for his work in stoner films, joined the project as an actor and later executive producer.
