Muhammad Sohail(Khan) is a British-Pakistani professor of sustainable infrastructure. He is credited for reinventing the toilet as a standalone system to recycle human waste into energy[1][2][3] to assist developing nations have sustainable solutions for sanitation and waste[4].

editSohail is a professor of sustainable infrastructure at the Water, Engineering and Development Centre of Loughborough University, UK[5].
