Thomas John 'Dev' Devlin (17 September 1989 – 10 August 2005) was Catholic teenager who was stabbed to death by two Protestant men, near his home in Belfast.

Personal Life

Thomas John Devlin was born on 18 September 1989 at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast.^[1]
