Commodore Mushtaq Ahmed was appointed as the Principal of Cadet College Petaro, the second oldest residential institution of Pakistan, in 2020. He succeeded Commodore Mehboob Ellahi Malik SI(M). He was famous among the cadets for his (shapars).
Education: He joined Cadet College Petaro in 1980 and passed out in 1985 after completing intermediate.
Tenure: Under his leadership, three annual functions(Parents Day) were successfully conducted[1]. He is known for his constant opposition of privileges to XII class, the senior most class of the institution. Moreover, it was also known according to some sources that he had some personal grudge against the entry of 2018 and 2019 which was quite visible in his policies.
