editIn 2020, Lyons launched Tempo, a studio backed by Clockwork that creates websites and digital services for small to medium-sized businesses.[2]
Speaking and writing
editLyons has delivered speeches since 2010. Her keynote speeches focus on workplace innovation and the human aspects of business. She presented the keynote address and led a breakout session at the Inspiring Bold Women event hosted by Blaze Credit Union on October 24, 2024.[3] She also spoke at the Women Presidents' Organization Annual Professional Development Day on the topic "Staying Human in the World of A.I." held at Orchestra Hall on October 30, 2024.[4]
