In mid of 17th century Mughal soldiers attacked on sirmaur and weak the army of sirmaur.The king was afraid to lose and killed by mughal. His minister advice and said to send a invitation to Rajput Nantram Singh Negi. Nantram Negi accepted the invitation of King of sirmaur and show him his strength, archery and sword skills. King made him commander of sirmaur army and next day Nantram Negi and army attack on Mughal camp. Mugal commander qadil khan and Mughal soldiers were thinking that he is coming to surrender but they did not know that they were all coming to kill them. Then Nantram Negi bravely entered camp of Mughal Commander and chopped-off the head of qadil khan(commander of Mughal army) And kill all soilders in camp and watching this thousands of Mughal retreat back. After winning against mughal all sirmaur soilders and villagers celebrate the victory against war

Brave warrior Nantram Negi attained martyrdom in the war . He defeated the Mughal army with his war skills. Nantram Negi was also known as 'Guldar'. The statue of brave Nantram Negi of Jaunsar Bawar has also been unveiled. guladar is called to leopard in uttarakhand Himachal Pradesh. That's why king of sirmaur give him title of Guldar

One day Nantram Negi with his horse Strolling in the woods of Sirmaur But suddenly the Mughal soldier attacked Nantram Negi and his horse He and his horse were killed by the Mughal army
