Naomh Colum Cille (NCC) began in 1986 as a juvenile hurling club and survived until 1988. It reformed again in 1993 as a senior and juvenile club. The club is based in Páirc Chlochóg, Clonoe and takes in the catchment area of Coalisland and Clonoe Parishes in East Tyrone with close links to Ardboe parish also.[1]

The club have contested two Tyrone Senior Hurling Championship Finals in 2011 and 2022 but have yet to win the Benburb Cup. [2]

Naomh Colum Cille won the Ulster Junior Hurling Championship in 2009[3] and were runners-up to Blackrock of Limerick in the 2009-2010 All-Ireland Junior Hurling Championship Final in Croke Park. [4]

Camogie was established in 2022.

The club won the Cúchulainn League Cup Division 2 in 2024[5]

NCC have had a close relationship with the Tallow club in the hurling heartlands of West Waterford/East Cork since the clubs reforming in 1993. The clubs have enjoyed trips back and forward to each other over the years.[6]
