The National Club of Artists of Brazil, or CNAB (Portuguese: Clube Nacional de Artistas do Brasil, ou CNAB), is a non-governmental organization founded by Daniel Gomes da Silva in 2018. It is known for promoting and preserving cultural diversity, valuing art in its various forms.
History
editFounded in 2018, the National Club of Artists of Brazil (CNAB) established its headquarters in Belém do Pará under the leadership of Professor Daniel Gomes da Silva.[5]
Operating as a non-governmental organization, CNAB was funded through membership fees and ticket sales for events and performances.[6][7] Its activities blended public and private events, providing a space for artistic experimentation, contemporary debates, and entertainment for the public. [8]
In 2023, with the election of Arlyson Gomes as president, CNAB expanded its activities to include a wide variety of cultural manifestations throughout Brazil, maintaining its reputation as a reference in artistic experimentation and commitment to Brazilian culture.[9]
