History

editNevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc. (NCH) was originally established as Corporate Service Center (CSC) Inc. in 1989 in Reno, Nevada. CSC provided legal assistance, bookkeeping, tax consulting, and business credit services to small businesses. In 1992, author and entrepreneur Cort W. Christie restructured the company as NCH and relocated it to Las Vegas, where he opened its first office and call center. NCH became an accredited business on September 5, 1997, and began local operations on September 23, 2002.
Initially, CSC and NCH helped California-based businesses form corporations to optimize tax strategies and enhance competitiveness through legal cross-border transactions. NCH advertised in major publications like The Wall Street Journal, Inc. Magazine, Las Vegas Review Journal, and Entrepreneur Magazine.[1]
In 2000, NCH partnered with real estate education and day trading seminar companies to expand its client base. By 2004, NCH and CSC had merged into a parent company, Superior Capital Corporation (SCC), enhancing their reach in Northern and Southern California. NCH recorded a 30% growth year-on-year in 2007, demonstrating resilience during economic challenges. In 2009, NCH partnered with FortuneBuilders, a real estate investing education and business development firm, broadening its reach to real estate investors.
2011 - 2020
editIn August 2013, NCH ranked #3497 on the Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest Growing Companies. By 2014, NCH had become the largest incorporation service provider in Nevada. In 2020, NCH launched branded registered agent services across all 50 states.[2]
