Rede Nossa Rádio or Nossa Rádio FM, better known as Nossa Rádio[3], is a network of Christian radio stations, owned by the Fundação Internacional de Comunicação, a media group of the International Grace of God Church, led by missionary R. R. Soares.[4]
Its programming is dedicated to music from Graça Music artists, broadcasting of church services, and preaching by missionary R. R. Soares,[1] with Pastor Jayme de Amorim Campos hosting the program Na Mesa Com o Senhor, which is broadcast live simultaneously on Nossa Rádio stations. The network also includes a news schedule and listener participation.[citation needed]
The headquarters of Rede Nossa Rádio is in Nossa Rádio in São Paulo. In 2022, the network changed its logo.[3] Typically, the frequencies of Nossa Rádio network stations are in FM.
History
editIn 2002, missionary R. R. Soares already had a presence on the radio through Rádio Relógio in Rio de Janeiro and Vida FM in São Paulo, the latter facing litigation regarding its transmission location. In addition to radios, there was an expansion process of its television network, the RIT. In the second half of the same year, the missionary reached an agreement with businessman Orestes Quércia and leased two FM stations owned by him in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. The new project was called "Nossa Rádio."[2]
In Rio de Janeiro, Nossa Rádio went on air on October 1, 2002, replacing the NovaBrasil FM branch. In São Paulo, the station debuted on December 1, 2002, replacing Manchete Gospel FM, which had migrated to its own frequency and was renamed Gospel FM.[2]
Na Mesa Com o Senhor
editNa Mesa Com o Senhor is a radio program broadcast live simultaneously on Nossa Rádio stations, forming a simulcast. The program is hosted by Pastor Jayme de Amorim Campos.
Starting at 11 am, the live broadcast runs until 11:30 am, during which the simulcast takes place. From 11:30 am until noon, the program is hosted by local presenters, except in São Paulo, where Pastor Jaime de Amorim Campos continues to host.
The program's content includes Pastor Jayme de Amorim Campos answering listeners' questions, brief sermons with Bible readings, dissemination of addresses of Grace Church temples in various locations in Brazil, testimonies of healings and blessings, interaction with listeners through calls and letters, and playing of hymns.[5][6]
