Wikipedia doesn't have the same rules for community editing as OpenStreetMap (mostly because, well, we're a bigger target for companies trying to promote themselves). About Nova Systems GAP: Nova Systems GAP is part of the company named Nova Systems, which is based in Australia. It provides IVMS solutions to clients within Australia.

OSM Editing Scope: Members of the Nova Systems GAP team update speed limits of OSM roads in response to customer submitted errors after verification against authoritative data sources or photographs provided by customers. The regional extent is Australia, with the bulk of the edits occurring in New South Wales.
