OneUp enables users to schedule posts to a variety of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Google Business Profiles, Bluesky, Snapchat, and Reddit.

Its features include bulk uploads and recurring posts, analytics dashboards with custom reporting, and a social inbox for managing engagement. The platform also provides collaboration tools such as post approvals and internal notes with mentions, along with calendar views that support drag-and-drop scheduling and shareable links for clients. Additional options include an Instagram grid preview and category-based content organization.[1]

The platform is available on the web, iOS, and Android. OneUp serves individual users, agencies, and businesses across multiple regions and reports a client base exceeding 100,000 users worldwide.

OneUp was founded in 2016 by Vishal Kumar and Davis Baer. Initially launched as a minimalist scheduling tool, the platform expanded over time to include analytics, collaboration features, and social inbox functions.

The company operates as a fully remote team, with staff from four continents. Its headquarters is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

By 2023, OneUp reported that its users had collectively published more than 30 million posts through the platform.

In January 2024, the company announced that it had surpassed US$1 million in annual recurring revenue.

OneUp has been included in the Capterra Shortlist for social media management tools. It has also received awards from Capterra in categories such as "Best Ease of Use" and "Best Value for Money."
