One Madison Group is a private investment firm founded by Omar Asali in 2016 with support from JS Capital Management, the multi-strategy family office of Jonathan Soros.[1][2][3]

In 2024 JS Capital Management combined with One Madison Group and now operates under that name. Its three partners are Jonathan Soros, Salil Seshadri, and Omar Asali.[4]

In 2019, One Madison purchased Ranpak from Rhone Group. The purchase was structured through One Madison Corp., a blank check company.[5] In addition to Ranpak, One Madison Group manages investments in Carbone Fine Food,[4] Creapaper,[6] Pickle Robot[7] and an indoor vertical farming company, Plenty Unlimited Inc. in which Walmart and SoftBank are co-investors.[8]
