Paule Domingue (born 1969 ) is a Seychellois chess player, arbiter, and official.

She learned to play chess from friends in 1985 while completing her compulsory National Youth Service.[1] During the following years, she represented her country in five Chess Olympiads: in 1986 in Dubai; 1988 in Thessaloniki; 1992 in Manila;; 1994 in Moscow ;and 1996 in Yerevan. She played a total of 63 games (+7 =11 −45).[2][3] She has been registered as an International Arbiter ( IA ) with the World Chess Federation FIDE since 1990.

Domingue then served as Secretary General of the Seychelles Chess Federation before being elected President of the Federation in 1999. She held this position until at least October 2005.[1] In addition, she has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Seychelles National Olympic Committee since 2001.[4]

As of April 2021, she works as an insurance agent for the Sacos Insurance Group.[5]
