Draft:Pennsylvania ACT 235

Pennsylvania ACT 235, is an training act created by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1974, commonly referred to as the Lethal Weapons act. This act was created in 1974 in reference to the Armored Car or Money Protection Agents Law created by the United States Government giving automatic reprocity to guards or Agents of financial institutions that cross state lines. The act itself is called "Agents with Firearms" and originally referred to Agents of Financial institutions that carry firearms as a means of protecting valuables or money. The act itself includes any person whom holds a position in a private Agency, Firm, or company, who's job requires that person to carry a firearm. The act itself does not constitute an ability or legal right to carry firearms. This is a training act in which requires anyone carrying firearms in the state of Pennsylvania as part of their job, must be certified to carry the firearms.

Controversy: Since the title holds the word "Agent", there has been many security guards arrested for Police impersonation by using the title State Agent, in which itself does not exist. As a way to hinder this, the Pennsylvania State Police ordered the identification cards, (Which include a photo and name), to state on the rear of the card, that the certification does not allow the carry of firearms. Thereby referring to the training act.
