The People's Struggle Alliance (PSA), known as Jana Aragalaya Sandanaya in Sinhala, is a Sri Lankan leftist political coalition formed in response to the 2022 Aragalaya (Struggle), a mass uprising demanding systemic political and economic reforms. It unites various progressive groups, including political parties, trade unions, and activists, intending to challenge neoliberal policies and advance socialism in Sri Lanka.

History The PSA emerged from the widespread discontent expressed during the 2022 protests, which highlighted deep-seated economic mismanagement and political corruption in Sri Lanka. Formed in late 2022, the alliance brought together organizations like the Frontline Socialist Party, the Socialist People's Forum (SPF), and other left-leaning groups and individuals inspired by the Fourth International.

The PSA seeks to deepen the demands of the Aragalaya movement by proposing radical systemic changes. The coalition formally launched its platform ahead of the 2024 presidential elections, with Nuwan Bopage, a lawyer and activist, serving as its presidential candidate
