Pere Rosales is a Spanish author and organizational coach. He was the first Judge in Spain of The Webby Awards. In 2010, he wrote Digital Strategy, published in Spanish by Deusto. In 2020, he wrote The Inusual Leader. He is the CEO and Founder of INUSUAL.[1]
Education
editRosales holds a degree in Applied arts and Design.[2]
He pursued further education at Harvard, MIT, and IESE.[3]
Rosales obtained a Master's degree in Communications management from the University of Barcelona and a Master's degree in Customer relationship management from ESIC University.[4]
He is an Executive Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Coach from The Leadership Circle, The Leadership System, and Simplexity Thinking.[5]
Additionally, he is an Accredited Trainer of Belbin Team Roles, The Leadership Circle, and a Certified Consultant in NPS, and Salesforce.[5]
Career
editAfter leaving his executive career in a multinational corporation in 1997, Rosales founded INUSUAL.[6]
In 2010, Rosales authored "Estrategia Digital," published in Spanish by Deusto (Planeta), offering early insights into digital strategy to executives and managers in middle-size and large corporations.[1]
In 2020, he wrote "The Inusual Leader," published in English and Spanish on Amazon.[7]
