Pettway Park is a historically African American[1] neighborhood of Hobe Sound, Florida.
The Pettway family members who pioneered the area lived in Gomez, Florida, north of Pettway.[2] Gertrude Pettway was an educator[3] and many of the area's streets are named for her family members.[4]
Habitat for Humanity has been working on houses in the area.[5]
