Operating out of south-eastern Wisconsin, Proserv Aviation stocks over 13,000 products at its facility, and its OEM relationships give Proserv access to a wider range of outside inventory.[2] The Company supports top aircraft brands such as, Beechcraft, Bombardier, Cessna, Dassault, Embraer, and Gulfstream.[2]
Proserv Aviation is a sister company with GSE America, a service provider for the repair and maintenance of ground support equipment.
History
Founded in 1992, Proserv Aviation purchases and supplies aircraft components. Proserv underwent an operational shift in 2019 to focus on its inventory management and building relationships within the industry.
In January 2022, Proserv Aviation changed ownership. Under new management, Proserv further focused its business to be a stocking distributor of aftermarket components supporting business and corporate aircrafts globally, as well as a buyer of surplus aviation components.[2]
In September 2022, Proserv Aviation signed an exclusive distribution partnership with Tronair Inc., giving the business access to distribute Tronair's entire product line(s).[2][3][4] Proserv's agreement with Tronair also brought GSE America into the relationship as an authorized Tronair factory service center.[2]
In September of 2023, Proserv Aviation moved its corporate headquarters to Oak Creek, Wisconsin.[2] [5] Proserv consolidated all south-eastern Wisconsin locations into a single 40,000-square-foot distribution hub as well as expanding GSE America's capacity in its mid-western location.[2]
In October of 2024, Proserv Aviation and Vyper Industrial signed an authorized stocking distributor contract.[6]
