Pooja Kumari (Pooja Rituraj) was born in a joint family on November 20, 1974, in Semri village located in Dhanarua block, Patna, Bihar. Her father’s name is Ramratan Prasad Singh and mother’s name is Siyamani Devi. Her parents provided financial, physical and mental support to work in the field of social service. She got support from parents in providing education and free distribution of stationery to poor children. Nationality: Indian Languages: Hindi, Magahi, Bhojpuri
Education: Pooja Kumari did her secondary education from St. Joseph's Convent High School, Bankipur, Patna. (+2) and diploma in Library Science from Sir Ganesh Dutt Pataliputra High School, Patna She did graduation in Botany (Distinction) from J.D. Women's College, Patna.
She also received her bachelor's degree in Sugam Sangeet from Prayagraj University After getting fond of Hindi literature, she did Hindi Honors from Patliputra University, also studied folk music for 4 years from Prayagraj University, and studied sewing, embroidery and painting from Mahila Charkha Samiti, Patna.
Career: She has played a major role in making women aware, educating them and protecting their rights. She dedicated her entire life to promoting women's education and health.
