Ramireddy Chandra Mowleeswar (RCM) Reddy is the Managing Director and CEO of Schoolnet India Limited[1] (formerly IL&FS Education and Technology Services Limited), the social infrastructure arm of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services. He is a retired member of the IAS, the central civil service of the Government of India.

editRCM started his career as the Sub-divisional magistrate, Kamalpur, Tripura and later worked in various capacities including District magistrate, North Tripura district. He had later worked as the Secretary to the Government of India, Textiles Committee and Joint Textile Commissioner under Ministry of Textiles. RCM had also worked briefly with UNIDO.
Retirement from IAS and corporate career
editRCM went on deputation from IAS to Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services in June 2005. Currently he is the MD & CEO of Schoolnet India Limited (formerly known as IL&FS Education and Technology Services Limited)[2][3][failed verification][4]
