Adesua Samuel Adeola (born June 8), professionally known as Rich Crown, is a Nigerian Afrobeat and Afro Pop singer, songwriter, and recording artist.
Early life and education
editRich Crown was born in Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria, to a royal family. His father, the late High Chief Asuwamo, and mother, a prophetess, instilled in him a deep appreciation for music. He began singing in church and listening to legendary Nigerian artists like King Sunny Ade, K1, and Ebenezer Obey. Rich Crown completed his elementary and secondary education in Akure before moving to Lagos, where he studied Mass Communication at the Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu.
Music career
editRich Crown[1]'s music journey began in 2019. His debut single "Afoma" (2020) gained significant attention in Nigeria's music industry. Subsequent releases, including "Rora" (2020), "Pander" (2020), "Fire" (2021), and "I Do," solidified his growing fanbase.
In 2024, Rich Crown released "Body N' Soul," showcasing his unique blend of Afrobeat and Afro Pop.Under his own record label :Crown music empire CME.
