Rogelio B. Bustarga (May 6, 1942 –April 13,2021) was a Filipino who served as political pillar of Bicol. He was a member of the Bustarga political clan, whose members have acquired massive businesses in the Philippines since the 1952.

editRogelio B. Bustarga. was born in Baao, Camarines Sur on May 6, 1942. He was a visionary leader, politician, and devoted public servant who dedicated his life to the betterment of the Bicol Region in the Philippines.
