editRoingus is a meme, originally created in 2021. Roingus is an off-spring meme based off of Bingus the cat. Roingus'es appearance looks to be an Egyptian Jerboa or Baluchistan Pygmy Jerboa, a species from Pakistan and Afghanistan

editRoingus was created in 2021, it was a meme based off of a little Jerboa with 2 legs, and big beady eye's. The meme didn't really grow quickly though. The meme was very low in community members. As of today, the community has 200+ people, and it might grow in the coming future.
