Rujuta Diwekar is an Indian celebrity Nutritionist, author and lifestyle guru specialising in nutritional science .[1]

Rujuta is among India's leading sports science and nutrition expert and amongst the world's most followed Nutritionists. She has been called 'India's Weight Loss Guru. [2] She is among the most followed fitness professionals in india with a cult following of 1.7 million followers on Instagram.

Early life

Rujuta Diwekar was born in Bombay, Western India and raised in Bombay. She has a degree in Sports Science Nutrition from Mumbai University. [3]
