Rumeysa Sultan (Ottoman Turkish:وميسہ سلطان) was a consort of Sehzade Mustafa and the mother of Sehzade Mehmed.[citation needed] Rumeysa is a Bosnian origin born in 1516 and her name was Nadia Frankos .[citation needed] She entered the harem when she was 12 years old.[citation needed] Her beauty and intelligence attracted Sehzade Mustafa.[citation needed] In 1547,She gave birth Sehzade Mehmed (son of Sehzade Mustafa).[citation needed] She went to Bursa with Mahidevran after Sehzade Mustafa's execution.[citation needed] She went to Izmir after her own son Sehzade Mehmed's strangled.[citation needed] In Izmir,She called ''Kadin Efendi''.[citation needed] She die in 1555 in Izmir,Ottoman Empire.[citation needed]
