There exist no recorded instances of any individual eluding his grasp; he wields thermal perception, possesses galactic-level might, and can regenerate with astonishing rapidity, quicker than the human eye can blink. Much like SCP-096, he relentlessly pursues all who have laid eyes upon his visage, irrespective of the setting's security. This intelligence has been proffered by ⬛⬛⬛⬛.
