Sadovoe Koltco (Russian: ГК «Садовое кольцо») is a Russian development group of companies. Founded by Sergey Kolunov in 2003.[1] The main areas of activity are development, design, construction, general contracting, asset management.
Since its establishment company has build 1.3 million m2 of housing in Moscow, Moscow region, Tatarstan Republic and Bashkortostan Republic.[2] Sadovoe Koltco is among the top 50 developers in Russia according to Russian analytic portal ERZ.RF. As of July 2024, Sadovoe Koltco was ranked 44rd.[3]
History
editThe company started operations in Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region.[4] First project - residential complex Molodezhny. As of January 2024, the company is building two residential complexes in Krasnogorsk - residential complex M_5 and residential complex Tetris.
In 2018 the group of companies entered Kazan real estate market with a project Savin House in the Novo-Savinovsky district. In 2024 Sadovoe Koltco is building next to Savin House two more residential complexes — Savin Family and premium Savin Premier. In mid-2022, Sadovoe Kolco bought out[5] the Serpukhov Elevator Plant ((Russian: Серпуховский лифтостроительный завод (СЛЗ))), which previously belonged to the bankrupt SU-155 group. The transaction amount was 1.3 billion rubles. Group of companies promised[6] to invest more than 2 billion rubles. to modernize the plant. During 2023, the plant plans to produce about 1 thousand elevators.[7]
