Submission declined on 6 February 2024 by Bkissin (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia. This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.

- Comment: Candidates for political office are largely not notable per WP:NPOL. If he wins the by-election, we can re-assess. Bkissin (talk) 00:53, 6 February 2024 (UTC)
Sam Bromiley[1] is a British politician serving as the Conservative Party candidate[2] for the Kingswood by-election. A lifelong resident of the Kingswood constituency, Bromiley has worked in public service within his community, notably as a councillor for Parkwall & Warmley and as the leader of the Conservative group on the South Gloucestershire Council. He aims to address local concerns and enhancing the well-being of his constituents. Bromiley's candidacy in the Kingswood by-election follows the resignation of former MP Chris Skidmore.
Sam Bromiley is involved in several community initiatives to enhance the quality of life in the Kingswood constituency. He focuses on preserving the Green Belt[3] to prevent overdevelopment and advocates for the conservation of local countryside areas. Bromiley supports the creation of new primary and secondary schools[4] in Emersons Green to improve educational accessibility and quality. He is also involved in efforts to regenerate Kingswood Town Centre and local high streets to stimulate economic growth[4]. Additionally, he is in favour of increasing NHS funding[4] to allow for more operations annually and the reopening of local medical facilities. Bromiley advocates for community safety, including supporting the addition of 555 police officers[4] since 2019 to help ensure safer streets and communities. His activities and stances show his commitment to the well-being and prosperity of his constituents as a local MP.
