Early Career and Leadership at PAIRS

edit

Eisenberg began his involvement with PAIRS early in his career, initially working alongside his mother to expand the reach of the organization's relationship skills programs. Under his leadership, PAIRS transitioned from being primarily a therapeutic model for couples to a widely accessible program that has been taught to thousands of individuals and families across the world. He became known for his commitment to evidence-based practices and using research to validate the long-term effectiveness of PAIRS programs.[3][4]

As CEO of PAIRS Foundation, Eisenberg has overseen the development of innovative programs that help people from all walks of life, including veterans, low-income families, and at-risk communities, improve their communication, conflict resolution, and emotional connection skills.

Innovations in Relationship Education

edit

Eisenberg has led efforts to digitize PAIRS programs, making relationship education more accessible through tools such as the PAIRS YODI App. This app offers interactive exercises and guidance to help individuals and couples strengthen their relationships on their own schedules. The development of the app is part of Eisenberg's broader vision to integrate technology with relationship education, ensuring that more people have access to life-changing skills.[5]
