Stephen Nbienou Kouadjo

Steven Nbienou is a Cameroonian entrepreneur and philanthropist.[1] [2] [3] [4] He received the global recognition award in 2024, as a result of his contributions to entrepreneurship and investments.[5]

Early life

Nbienou was born in the village of Balengou, where he attended the Lycée Technique de Nkolbissone, where he completed his secondary education and obtained his Baccalaureate (F2).[6]

Philanthropy

Nbienou organized the first Christmas tree celebration on 17 December 2023 for the people of Balengou, which was attended His Majesty Nguemeni Hapi Elvis Guy, King of Balengou and other guests including the King of Bangoua.[7][8] In 2023, he pledged a commitment to social progress, that of children and youth in particular, by providing substantial support to three orphanages, which includes "Notre Dame de Miséricorde" located in the district of Yaoundé 7, in the Usine des eaux district, Yaoundé; the "Sainte Thérèse d'Obili" orphanage, located in the Yaoundé 3 district, in the heart of the Obili neighborhood, The "Bonne Case" orphanage, located in the Lékié department, in Okola.[9] He reiterated that these establishments will benefit from a contribution of 30,000,000 FCFA, exclusively dedicated to education and housing, in addition to essential resources such as food, essential medicines and water filters, intended to improve their situation.[9][10] [11]
