editAjijola graduated with BSc in Computer Science in the Lagos State University in 2004.

editHis first professional job was at Dunlop Nigeria. He was there for 3 years as IT Business Analyst and later joined Arik Air for 8 years where he helped them implemented numerous IT and Business initiative as Manager IT Projects. Ajijola joined Emirates airline in Dubai and was there as Business Project Controller before joining to start ValueJet [1][2] in 2019.
