The Temple Terrace Police Department (TTPD) is the primary law enforcement agency for the city of Temple Terrace, Florida. The Temple Terrace Police Department has 50 authorized sworn law enforcement personnel positions and 30 civilian and support staff personnel positions. The current Chief of Police is Kenneth R. Albano.[1]
Divisions
editThe department is composed of three primary divisions.
Patrol Division
editThe patrol division is the primary division responsible for answering all calls for service within the City of Temple Terrace. It consists of a K-9 unit, a marine unit, an honor guard and a Community Liaison Unit (CLU). The Patrol Division is currently supervised by Captain Jacob Carlisle. [2]
Investigative Services Division
editThe Investigative Services Division consists of various units which offer specialized services to the City of Temple Terrace. It includes the Criminal Investigations Unit (CIU), Special Enforcement Unit (SEU), Crime Scene & Property Unit (CSU), as well as the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team and Crisis Response Team (CRT). The Investigative Services Division is led by Captain Mills. [3]
