Introduction
DISCLAIMER: DO NOT TAKE OUTSIDE ACTION WITH INSTITUTES MENTIONED. THIS IS NOT BINDING.
The Confederacy.[1] is a group constructed to its early stages on the 1st October 2019, with a sole goal in mind with their ethos being: "Make the change that one cannot[2]."
In correlation, little is known about the group as their name has been heard in several educational institutes in Staffordshire (mainly Secondary Schools). I, the writer of this article have accumulated information about them over the five years of their existence by being inside of the 2nd finding of its proposed institute. Their existence by name is a taboo in of itself.
Known information:
Their founder, known as "The Director[3]" is an ambiguous anomaly to the common interpretation, a question proposed is that if this "Director" is a Title or an iron-clad person? Their identity is not known, but what is known on their identity is that they came from Weston Road Academy, started as a Year 7 at September 2019, and that they are male.
As their name doesn't come up on GOV. public records, at first it was assumed around January-February 2020 that they were a hoax, born with intent to cause fear. As it stands, they are no hoax. They are actually an unlisted company on the stock exchange[4]. For years they have been heard as a covert group of all varying archetypes of people in an educational institute, that of "secondary[5]" pronounce.
Other rumours surfaced over the years is that they own 13 Shell companies in which are used as shareholders' for companies involved with educational institutes (For example: Catering), an example includes Chartwells[6]. In which, Chartwells is a leading British catering company that caters to all types of educational institutes, and holds as Britain's leading catering company. Held by current CEO: Eva Wojtalewski. The company itself owned by Compass Company, which are present in 45 countries.
The Confederacy is privately owned and again absent on the stock exchange between PLCS (Public Limited Companies), and with regarding to their methodology, they have been known to be a leering presence even without being known. The Confederacy's 13 Closed shell-companies[7] are unidentifiable to a leverage in accounts.
It has been realised that The Confederacy are implicitly-present influencers that has controlled several cases that circulated outside locational institutes. Through social medias of known confederates, most (if not all) have connections through nearby and contrasted external institutes, which makes it clear they expand their influence through a multi-factorial matrix[8]
Their methodology has been known to be corrupt and fear-mongering within the environment relevant for education, encircling their vast influence through their connections and ability to create hearsay among Staffordshire's youth-community. Creating mass tensions between certain archetype groups between institutes. From how their methods have been exercised flawlessly, it is clear that they have "inside" matrixes that help them operate with little-to-no resistance.
