The Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction [1] is a collaborative initiative aimed at fostering sustainable building practices and promoting climate action in the construction sector. Established in 2016 during the United Nations Conference on Housing and Sustainable Urban Development (Habitat III)[2], the GABC is a partnership among governments, organizations, and stakeholders focused on reducing the environmental impact of buildings and construction globally.
